Saab AB reported a 52% increase in second quarter profit, driven by strong sales, particularly in medium and small-sized orders. The company’s net income for the quarter was 1.54 billion Swedish Kroner or 2.83 Swedish Kroner per share, up from 1.01 billion Swedish Kroner or 1.85 Swedish Kroner per share in the same period last year. Sales for the quarter rose 30% to 19.79 billion Swedish Kroner, with operating income increasing by 49% to 1.98 billion Swedish Kroner. EBITDA also saw a 44% increase to 2.83 billion Swedish Kroner. Saab AB raised its fiscal 2025 organic sales growth outlook to 16-20%.
