The key challenge is to swiftly develop the necessary infrastructure to seize this opportunity, and there are signs of progress. However, New Delhi’s limited fiscal space requires more effort to attract private-sector investors. On the other hand, India is experiencing a manufacturing renaissance with Apple and its Taiwanese suppliers leading the way.
