Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom ranked second by value, advising on $2.5bn worth of deals. Paul Hastings, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and White & Case followed closely. Baker McKenzie secured the second position by volume with six deals, followed by Dentons and DLA Piper with four deals each.
