Other assets and businesses in Hong Kong and New Zealand remain unaffected. Proof & Company’s consultancy business and cocktail bar in Singapore will continue operating independently. The group, established in 2012, cited market challenges in China, Australia, and Singapore for the closure of its distribution arm.
