MGP Ingredients appoints Julie Francis, former Constellation Brands and Coca-Cola executive, as president and CEO. She succeeds interim CEO Brandon Gall. In 2024, MGP’s sales fell 16% to $703.6m, with adjusted EBITDA decreasing by 6% to $196.5m. The company predicts 2025 sales of $520-$540m and adjusted EBITDA of $105-115m.

Francis brings decades of experience to MGP, having served as COO at Schwan’s Company and in various roles at Constellation Brands and Coca-Cola. She aims to leverage MGP’s strong foundation to grow brands, deepen consumer connections, and create value for stakeholders. MGP previously announced plans to cut whiskey production due to market pressures.
