W. R. Berkley Corporation reported a net income of $401.28m for Q2 2025, up 8% from last year. Total revenues were $3.67bn, with operating income at $420.48m. Net premiums written for the quarter were $3.35bn, a 7.2% increase. Shareholders received $223.8m in capital return, including special and ordinary dividends.

For the first half of 2025, the company’s net income was $818.86m, slightly higher than the previous year. Operating income rose by 2.2% to $840.44m, and net premiums written grew by 8.5% to $6.4bn. The company remains confident in delivering value to shareholders for the rest of 2025 and beyond.
