Graphite One Inc. has entered into an agreement with BMO Capital Markets for a private placement of up to C$18 million. The offering consists of units priced at C$0.90, each with one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. The Company also granted agents the option to purchase an additional 15% of units. The net proceeds will be used for environmental studies, permitting activities, milestone payments, and general working capital. The offering is expected to close on or about August 8, 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.
