Several Russian restaurant chains and food service providers have been hit by cyberattacks, impacting their digital operations. The attacks targeted networks managed by iiko and ESTT, using DDoS techniques to overload servers. Iiko confirmed disruptions to internal communications, with one client unable to process orders for days. Peak attack volumes reached 1.7 terabits per second. Digital attacks in 2025 have increased by one-third compared to 2024. Vodka producer Novabev Group also experienced a large-scale DDoS attack.
