Elbit Systems Ltd. has secured a $260 million contract from Airbus Defence and Space to supply J-MUSIC Directed Infrared Counter Measures systems for the German Air Force’s A400M transport aircraft. The contract will be executed over six years following Germany’s procurement decision. Elbit Systems’ DIRCM solutions have been widely deployed on military and commercial aircraft globally. The company’s stock closed 0.56% higher at $452.82 on Nasdaq on Friday. In after-hours trading, Elbit Systems traded 0.40% lower at $451.
