FrieslandCampina expects profits to be impacted in the second half of 2025 due to external factors such as low consumer confidence, currency developments, and less favorable dairy markets. Despite this, the dairy cooperative saw a 6.4% increase in revenue and a 25.7% rise in net profit in the first half of the year. Operating profit also rose by 20.6%. The company is on track with its internal savings program and the merger with Milcobel. Milk supply from farmer members decreased, but the guaranteed price paid to farmers increased. The merger with Milcobel is still pending approval from competition authorities.
