Los Angeles dominated the list of top 10 most expensive homes sold in June, with five properties in California. Florida had three top 10 sales in June, including a Palm Beach spec house sold for $38.8 million. The other top 10 listings in the US in June included properties in Beverly Hills, Miami Beach, Palm Beach, New York, and Nevada. High-end listings are rapidly hitting the market, with buyers showing strong interest and making offers.
