US-based Shipley Do-Nuts acquired by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners from Peak Rock Capital for a reported $400m. Shipley’s CEO Flynn Dekker to continue leading from Houston headquarters. LLCP aims to expand unit count and drive same-store sales growth. Previous majority stakeholder was Peak Rock Capital.

Shipley operates 375+ locations in 14 states, offering 60+ donut types, kolaches, and coffee. LLCP’s acquisition marks its 4th platform investment in Fund VII. Shipley now 18th franchising investment for LLCP, joining brands like Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Nothing Bundt Cakes.

CEO Flynn Dekker excited about LLCP partnership for accelerated growth. LLCP’s expertise in franchise food brands crucial for future success.
