UK-based cyber risk management company DynaRisk has secured $4.7m in funding led by YFM Equity Partners for product innovation and global expansion. The company plans to grow operations in EMEA, North America, and Asia-Pacific, with Phil Zeidler joining the board. DynaRisk offers cybersecurity solutions for individuals, families, and SMEs, collaborating with insurers and providing threat intelligence-driven products. They currently serve 25 insurance clients globally, protecting 2.4 million consumers and 800,000 SMEs, with partnerships including Beazley, Arthur J. Gallagher, and SCOR. PwC served as their lead financial advisor.
