Faraday Copper has successfully completed a bought deal financing, raising a total of C$48.77m ($35.5m). The company sold 44.3 million common shares at C$1.10 each through a brokered bought deal and a non-brokered private placement. The brokered offering, led by Ventum Financial, raised C$28.75m with the support of underwriters such as BMO Nesbitt Burns and Canaccord Genuity. The funds will be used to advance the Copper Creek Project in Arizona and for general corporate purposes. The project is strategically located in a well-established mining district known for its rich resources and existing infrastructure.
