The Vanguard Communication Services ETF is up 2.6% in trading, with Meta Platforms and Stagwell leading the gains at 12.2% and 12% respectively. Meanwhile, the VanEck Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF is down 2.9%, with Tronox Holdings dropping by 36% and Sigma Lithium by 3.3% on Thursday.
