US SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce leads a 10-city tour for the SEC’s new crypto outreach initiative. Roundtable discussions between August and December will gather feedback from industry stakeholders, developers, and investors. The SEC is shifting its approach under President Trump’s administration, dropping enforcement actions against high-profile firms. The agency is now engaging in open dialogue with industry players.

The CLARITY Act, addressing market structure issues, has passed the House. Other government agencies like the Federal Reserve and OCC are also easing restrictions to support the crypto industry.
