The CEO of Ultimovacs ASA, Carlos de Sousa, has bought 1,500 shares of the company at an average price of NOK 119.75 per share. Additionally, a closely related party of the CEO has bought 1,000 shares at an average price of NOK 120.00 per share. Following these transactions, the CEO and closely related parties hold 25,556 shares and 425,535 share options in Ultimovacs ASA.
