This move strengthens Automated Logic’s presence in Europe, allowing it to deliver intelligent building solutions in sectors like data centers and pharmaceuticals. The acquisition aligns with Carrier’s mission to improve building performance and energy efficiency. Blaich Automation, known for custom control systems, will continue operating from its headquarters near Stuttgart under Carrier’s leadership. On Monday, CARR closed at $66.54 and is currently trading after hours at $67.18 on the NYSE.
