Hiscox Ltd (HSX.L) has announced an increase in its share buyback program, raising the maximum aggregate consideration from $175 million to $275 million. The initial tranche will now total $137.5 million, up from $87.5 million, and is expected to be completed by the end of Q3 2025. Hiscox has amended its agreement with Peel Hunt LLP to facilitate the buyback, with plans to cancel all shares acquired under the program to reduce share capital. A second tranche with a maximum consideration of up to $137.5 million is also in the works.
