Noodles & Company appoints Joseph D Christina as president and CEO, effective August 31, 2025. He will also join the board of directors, taking over from Drew Madsen, who is stepping down for personal reasons but will assist in the transition and remain on the board.

Christina brings a wealth of experience from his background in the quick-service and fast-casual dining sector, with leadership roles at Burger King, Church’s Chicken, and Tijuana Flats. He aims to focus on operational excellence, menu enhancements, and long-term value for guests, team members, franchisees, and shareholders.

Noodles & Company launched an April 2025 taste tour with new flavors and daily rewards for members. They also opened a new location in Williston, North Dakota, operated by franchise partner Little Deep Pasta, a subsidiary of Cultivate Solutions. This marks their 16th Noodles & Company establishment.
