DigitalOcean (DOCN) saw a 28.88% surge in stock price to $34.81 on Tuesday due to strong Q2 and first-half earnings. Net income rose by 95% to $37 million in Q2 and 127% to $75 million in the first half. Revenues also grew by 13.6% to $218.7 million in Q2 and 13.8% to $429 million in the first half.
Following its stellar performance, DigitalOcean (DOCN) raised its full-year revenue guidance to $892 million and expects Q3 revenues to range between $226 million to $227 million. Investors are urged to consider DOCN as an investment, but some believe other AI stocks offer better returns with less risk.
