Wall Street banks are implementing new policies to prevent junior bankers from accepting private equity jobs. Banks like BofA and Citi will reassign rather than terminate junior bankers who accept future-dated offers. Goldman Sachs requires quarterly attestations from analysts. JPMorgan will end employment for those who accept other jobs within 18 months. Morgan Stanley also has strict policies on private equity recruiting.
