Gray Media has acquired 10 TV stations from Allen Media Group for $171 million, entering new markets. Stations include ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC affiliates. Transaction to be completed by year-end. Byron Allen settled a $10 billion lawsuit with McDonald’s over advertising practices. Allen previously bid on ABC and BET networks.
