Combined purchases worth about $172 million at $68 per share. Bullish stock ends first trading session up 83.8% at $10 billion market cap.

Bullish raises $1.1 billion in IPO, pricing above expectations at $32-$33 per share. The Cayman Islands-based company operates a cryptocurrency exchange and owns CoinDesk. This marks Bullish’s second IPO attempt after a failed SPAC deal in 2021. Bullish operates subsidiaries in multiple jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, Cayman Islands, and Singapore.

Crypto IPO craze continues with Circle raising $1.1 billion in June and Gemini filing for a US listing. Circle, issuer of USDC stablecoin, saw a record-setting 167% gain on its first day of trading. Gemini, founded by Winklevoss twins, confidentially filed for a US listing. Winklevoss twins supported Trump’s reelection bid.
