Procter & Gamble announces changes in its beauty division, with Alex Keith retiring as CEO and Freddy Bharucha taking over effective Dec. 1. Keith transformed the division into the fourth largest beauty company globally, with key successes including Olay, Pantene, and acquiring new brands. Bharucha brings 20 years of beauty industry experience to the role. P&G reported fourth-quarter net sales of $20.9 billion, up 2 percent, with the beauty segment seeing a 1 percent organic sales increase. Jejurikar will succeed Moeller as CEO on Jan. 1.
