MHA reported a 47.4% increase in total comprehensive income to £83m for FY25, with revenue hitting £224.2m, up from £154m the previous year, 38% being organic growth. The company went live on London’s AIM market in April, raising gross proceeds of approximately £98m, the largest AIM IPO of 2025.

MHA’s adjusted EBITDA for the year was £41.1m, a 32.6% increase from FY24, with growth seen across sectors like retail, real estate, financial services, and automotive. CEO Rakesh Shaunak attributes growth to market drivers like complex regulation and compliance requirements, with recent acquisitions like Baker Tilly South-East Europe Holdings expanding their reach.

Shaunak mentioned that the acquisition of BTSEE will drive expansion into mainland Europe, benefit from Baker Tilly’s US expansion, and increase global profile. MHA plans to sustain organic growth, integrate acquisitions, and explore further M&A opportunities, aiming to build a £500m revenue business in the medium term.
