Top creditors include the U.S. Small Business Administration and PACCAR Financial. The company hauls metal, coal, dry bulk commodities, and asphalt, operating nine power units.

Despite eight vehicle and 11 driver inspections in the last two years, CLB Trucking has had no drivers or vehicles taken out of service. The company reported one crash resulting in one injury over the same period. Owner Traci Peters made the bankruptcy filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
