JPMorgan’s new office tower in NYC will have coffee outposts and cafés on every floor, according to new documents obtained by Business Insider. The skyscraper at 270 Park Avenue aims to make in-office life pleasurable for workers returning five days a week. CEO Jamie Dimon is against remote work.

The tower will offer Michelin-starred vegan meals, 24-hour coffee, and a variety of dining options including Sweetgreen and Umami. The concept called Park Avenue Express will provide quick bites 24/7. The Exchange, a social hub, will offer 15 dining choices spread across multiple floors.

JPMorgan’s new building will house up to 14,000 employees and feature coffee bars and cafes on every floor. The tower will also include a Starbucks location and The Corner, a New York coffee house. The bank’s private portal introduced Morgan’s, an Irish pub for employees to socialize.

Other Wall Street banks like Goldman Sachs and Bank of America are also calling workers back five days a week. Citi allows most employees to work two days from home. JPMorgan’s demands for in-office work have led to complaints and a union movement. CEO Jamie Dimon remains firm on the return to the office stance.
