Fintech Kaspi.kz is set to be first Kazakh company to list in the U.S.

Kaspi.kz, a fintech company from Kazakhstan, is set to become the first company from that country to list in the U.S. with an IPO on Nasdaq under the ticker “KSPI.” The company is already listed on the London Stock Exchange. It is profitable, with a market cap of about $19 billion, and plans to offer a dividend of at least 50% of net income to shareholders. The company operates primarily in Kazakhstan, with plans for future growth and expansion. However, there are risks involved, including market, credit, and legal/regulatory risks in the evolving Kazakh market.
