NFP, a property and casualty broker, has acquired Pilot Benefits Group to enhance its group benefits offerings, particularly in the non-profit sector. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The principals of Pilot Benefits Group will now join NFP as senior vice-presidents under the leadership of Chris Feneli. Pilot Benefits Group has been serving non-profit organizations and middle market businesses for over 60 years, focusing on developing cost-effective benefit programs. NFP has been expanding through acquisitions, including Bspoke Insurance Group in the UK and the Levine Group in the US.
