LYFT announced that it will be selling its autonomous driving division to Toyota’s Woven Planet Holdings for $550 million. This move is part of LYFT’s strategy to focus on its core ride-hailing business and achieve profitability by the end of 2021.

DASH, the food delivery service, reported a 79% increase in revenue for the first quarter of 2021, reaching $1.1 billion. The company also revealed that its active consumer base grew by 28% year-over-year to 9.9 million, with an average of 390,000 daily orders.
