Terawulf Inc. (NASDAQ:WULF) surged by 78.3% last week after securing financial backing from Google for delivering critical IT load to an AI cloud platform. The agreement with Fluidstack for 200 MW of IT load at its NY data center is worth $3.7 billion over 10 years with potential for $8.7 billion total. Google provided $1.8 billion funding in exchange for warrants covering 41 million WULF shares. Deployment starts with 40 MW in early 2026 and ends with 160 MW by year-end. Terawulf also plans to access capital markets but did not specify how.
