QuantumScape Corporation (NYSE:QS) was one of Tuesday’s worst performers, dropping 10.11% to close at $7.91 per share. Five top executives, including CEO Siva Sivaram, sold a significant amount of their shares in the company. Sivaram alone unloaded 100,178 shares for $904,607.
The Chief Legal Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and other executives also sold shares, totaling over $2 million in sales. The reason for the selling transactions was not disclosed, but it may be linked to QuantumScape’s recent climb to almost $10 per share.
