Trump’s Niece Says AG Letitia James Has ‘Screwed’ Former President ‘More Than You Think’ In Civil Fraud Case: ‘Donald’s House Of Cards Is About To Collapse’

New York Attorney General Letitia James seeks $370 million penalties against former President Donald Trump for alleged fraudulent activities in property valuations and real estate transactions, originally estimated at $250 million. James is also seeking a lifetime ban on Trump’s participation in the real estate industry in New York for life.
Mary Trump, offered insight on the legal proceedings and claims that her uncle Donald Trump’s adult life, fame, and even the success of the Trump Organization were built on lies and bank loans which could result in Trump being forced to liquidate some of his properties, including Mar-a-Lago.
Donald Trump responded via Truth Social, labeling James as “totally corrupt,” and claimed that the case against him “should never have been brought” and indicates that “they should pay me.”
If compelled to liquidate properties, including Mar-a-Lago, owned by the Trump Organization, Mar-a-Lago may face an uncertain future as it may not be protected under Florida resident protection laws, especially since the Trump Organization has already been disbanded.
