Trifork Holding AG announced a share buyback program on 2 November 2023, in accordance with regulations. The company plans to purchase shares up to a total of DKK 15 million (approximately EUR 2 million). As of 2 January 2024, 73,347 shares have been repurchased at a total cost of DKK 7,860,446. Out of these, 6,712 shares have been allocated to employees. Trifork now holds a total of 299,132 treasury shares, corresponding to 1.5% of total registered shares. The company has 1,202 employees across 72 business units and offices in 15 countries in Europe, USA, and Australia.
