1. Nova Klúbburinn hf. purchased 6,000,000 of its own shares for a total of 24,345,000 kr. The purchases were made in accordance with the company’s share buyback plan announced in May 2023. The plan allows for buybacks of up to 550 million kr. and will remain in effect until the 2024 shareholders’ meeting. After the purchases, Nova Klúbburinn will own 128,500,000 shares, or approximately 3.37% of the total outstanding shares, with a total purchase price of 529,460,000 kr.
