Shanghai Junshi Biosciences Co., Ltd announced its 2025 interim financial results, with total revenue reaching approximately RMB1,168 million, a 49% increase from 2024. The company’s core product, TUOYI®, saw domestic sales revenue rise to approximately RMB954 million. Research and development expenses were approximately RMB745 million, a 36% increase from 2024. Loss attributable to owners decreased by approximately 36%. In June 2025, Junshi Biosciences successfully completed a placing of 41,000,000 H shares, raising approximately HK$1,026 million for drug development and corporate purposes. Junshi Biosciences, founded in 2012, focuses on innovative therapeutics with over 50 drug candidates and approvals in China and international markets.
