Foresight Solar Ord (FSFL.L) has sold its 50% stake in the Lunanhead battery storage project in Scotland. The Sandridge BESS project in Wiltshire, co-owned with Foresight Environmental Infrastructure Fund, is now operational. The stake in Lunanhead was sold at a valuation in line with its carrying value. Foresight Solar is also reviewing options for the Clayfords project. The company is considering developing the site or reallocating capital for share buybacks or debt reduction. Foresight Solar closed trading at $81.60 on the London Stock Exchange.
