PEAC Solutions has acquired Berlin-based fintech firm topi to enhance digital financing capabilities in the Hardware as a Service market. The undisclosed deal integrates topi’s API platform for IT hardware subscriptions at the point of sale, online, in-store, or via call centers.

Before the acquisition, topi had strategic partnerships with funding from Macquarie and €23 million in venture capital. PEAC Solutions CEO William Stephenson highlighted the industry shift towards subscription models, making topi’s integration a significant advantage for growth in technology and other sectors.

Topi, a finalist at the Leasing Life 2024 awards, will continue operating from Berlin, serving customers in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Co-founder Charlotte Pallua expressed excitement to combine topi’s technology with PEAC’s financial strength and market expertise.

PEAC Solutions plans to expand topi’s tools internationally through collaboration with OEMs and reseller partners. Founded in 2021 by Pallua and Estelle Merle, topi is now a subsidiary of PEAC Solutions, aiming to deliver enhanced value in the digital leasing space.
