Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (PAA) and Plains GP Holdings (PAGP) announced their fourth quarter 2023 distributions. The quarterly cash distributions for PAA Common Units and PAGP Class A Shares will be payable on February 14, 2024. PAA is also releasing fourth-quarter 2023 earnings before market open on Friday, February 9, 2024, with an investor conference call at 9:00 a.m. CT. PAA is a publicly traded master limited partnership that manages midstream energy infrastructure, while PAGP owns a non-economic controlling general partner interest in PAA and a limited partner interest in PAA. Both entities are headquartered in Houston, Texas.
