XPeng Inc. (XPEV) surged by 8.19 percent on Tuesday to close at $24.33 per share after introducing a new intelligent driving upgrade in Europe. The XOS 5.8.0 OTA upgrade, the third major upgrade this year, features Lane Centering Control (LCC) that allows for smoother driving assistance. Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) has also been enhanced for better performance. Furthermore, a new Pet Mode ensures pets’ safety and comfort when left unattended in the car, with real-time alerts available via the XPENG app.
