K92 Mining Inc. announced the promotions of David Medilek and Chris Kinver to President & Chief Operating Officer and Vice President Projects & Engineering, respectively. Medilek, a mining professional, has 16 years of experience in mining capital markets and corporate strategy. Kinver, a Mining Engineer, has nearly 20 years of experience in the mining industry. Their promotions are part of an organizational restructure aimed at enhancing the operational, technical, and project execution capacity of the company. This move is designed to help the company become a Tier 1 mid-tier producer with the commissioning of the Stage 3 Expansion by the end of Q1 2025. Both Medilek and Kinver will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The promotions come as K92 positions itself for significant growth and expansion, including the strengthening of the team and the establishment of a regional office in Brisbane. The Company is also announcing the departure of Mr. Warren Uyen as Chief Operating Officer.
