Tilray Brands Posts Adj. Loss In Q2, Net Revenue Up 34%; Reiterates FY24 Guidance

Tilray Brands, Inc. reported a narrowed net loss of $46 million in the second quarter, compared to $62 million in the prior year. Net loss per share also decreased from $0.11 to $0.07. Adjusted EBITDA was $10.1 million, down from $11.0 million in the prior year. Second quarter net revenue increased by 34% to $194 million.

The company reiterated its adjusted EBITDA target of $68 million to $78 million for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2024, representing growth of 11% to 27%. Tilray also expects to generate positive adjusted free cash flow.
