Upstream Bio, Inc. will report top-line data from the Phase 2 VIBRANT trial of verekitug, a monoclonal antibody for respiratory disorders, on September 2, 2025. The trial involved adults with CRSwNP who received either verekitug or a placebo every 12 weeks. The primary endpoint was the change in nasal polyp score at Week 24. A conference call and webcast to discuss the results will be held on the same day at 8:00 a.m. ET. Upstream Bio is focused on developing treatments for inflammatory diseases and has advanced verekitug into separate Phase 2 trials for CRSwNP, severe asthma, and COPD.
