Volkswagen’s labour boss is pressuring CEO Oliver Blume to relinquish his dual role as head of VW and Porsche. Shareholders and workers have raised governance concerns since Porsche’s separate listing in 2022. The works council head insists Blume can’t juggle both roles. Porsche has reportedly started looking for Blume’s replacement.
