ADL Final Mile expands its regional parcel delivery and logistics network to the Southwest by acquiring DMC Logistics, its fourth purchase since its founding in 2022. DMC offers services in New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, and Utah, bringing ADL’s reach to 27 states and 88 distribution locations.
DMC Logistics president Steve Griego will become president of ADL Final Mile’s Southwest Region. The terms of the acquisition deal were not disclosed. ADL Final Mile is owned by RD Last Mile Holdings LLC, backed by Red Dog Equity, Monroe Capital, and Tom Pritzker’s family business interests. Significant capital is available for future growth.
ADL Delivery covers North Carolina to the Florida Keys, offering warehousing and distribution. Capital Express, based in Omaha, Nebraska, provides courier and trucking services for various industries. Red Dog Equity invests in lower middle-market companies, supporting ADL Final Mile’s expansion and development opportunities.
