BILL Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:BILL) saw a 10.39% increase in stock price on Friday after activist investor Starboard Value hinted at a boardroom challenge to bring change to the financial automation software company. BILL’s stock price has fallen by 39% since the start of the year and 48% from its highest 52-week price. Despite a net loss of $7.07 million in the fourth quarter of the 2025 fiscal period, total revenues increased by 11.66% to $383 million. The company aims to grow revenues by 9 to 11% for fiscal year 2026 and projects a net income of $236 million to $260 million.
