Thumzup Media Corporation (NASDAQ: TZUP) plans to acquire DogeHash Technologies, gaining control of 3,500 Dogecoin mining rigs. This strategic shift positions the company in large-scale cryptocurrency mining. DogeHash currently operates 2,500 mining rigs and expects delivery of 1,000 more this year, with the acquisition pending shareholder approval.

Thumzup estimates that a fleet of 3,500 rigs could generate between $22.7 million and $51.6 million in annual revenue, depending on Dogecoin’s market price. The move follows a $50 million stock offering in August, boosting the company’s balance sheet for expansion. Thumzup also holds investments in Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Solana, Ripple, Ether, and USD Coin.

With a market cap over $36 billion, Dogecoin remains widely held globally in over 5 million wallets. Thumzup’s foray into mining aligns with recent U.S. policy shifts under President Donald Trump, aimed at strengthening the country’s role in digital finance. The company continues to operate its AdTech platform, surpassing 34,000 paid social media posts by August.
