Customer engagement solutions provider Braze (NASDAQ: BRZE) saw its stock soar over 13% after a strong quarterly earnings report, in contrast to the S&P 500’s 0.3% dip. Braze’s Q2 revenue hit over $180 million, up 24% YoY, with $172 million from subscriptions and $8.3 million from services.
Braze’s non-GAAP adjusted net income rose 85% to nearly $16.9 million, or $0.15 per share, beating analyst estimates. The company credited the strong performance to new customer influx, expanded business with existing clients, and the demand for its AI-enhanced platform.
Updating its fiscal 2026 guidance, Braze expects revenue of $717 million to $720 million, with an adjusted net profit of $45.5 million to $46.5 million.
