Kitron ASA has initiated a share buyback program of up to 16,000 shares, totaling NOK 900,000. The buyback program will last until 12 September 2025 and is in accordance with the EC Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052. The purpose is to use the acquired shares as part of the remuneration to board members from May 2025 to April 2026. Norne Securities AS will handle the buybacks, with a maximum purchase price of NOK 100 per share. Kitron does not currently hold any of its own shares.
